On your first visit you will be assessed to determine your treatment needs. You do not require a prescription or referral to attend. If orthotics or other orthopedic supplies are determined to be necessary for your treatment needs, the order is placed on the first visit. Measurements, casting, product selections, biomechanical examination and gait analysis are all done on your first visit. A second visit is required for the fitting and dispensing of your supplies. All orthopedic devices are fitted, measured and dispensed by a qualified professional for best outcomes and as required by your insurance company.
Billing Your Insurance
Most patients use their insurance coverage to procure their products and services. We can or will assist you with the billing requirements and documentations. We can also submit the claim on your behalf by mail or help you with the online submission.
